The restoration has retained the villa's original frescoes, vaulted ceilings and antique terracotta floors, while the 700-square-metre interior now accommodates ten guests across five air-conditioned bedrooms. Two sitting rooms provide different atmospheres for gathering, one featuring a fireplace and stereo system. The formal dining room seats up to twelve, while the country kitchen, complete with its own fireplace and direct garden access, comes fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to elaborate dinners.

Each of the five bedrooms includes its own bathroom, with the ground floor housing an air-conditioned four-poster suite and master bedroom, both with en-suite showers. The first floor contains another master suite alongside a twin room and queen bedroom with dressing room, while a library offers a quiet reading spot. The lower level's breakfast room opens directly to the gardens, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living. Smart TV and family amenities, including baby equipment, cater to multi-generational stays.

The salt-purified pool sits at the base of the hill, measuring twelve by six metres and surrounded by loungers, umbrellas and a solar-heated shower. A shaded loggia near the kitchen makes outdoor dining effortless, whether for morning espresso or evening meals scented with jasmine from the gardens. For those who like to stay active, a dedicated gym space in one of the outbuildings provides a weight bench, free weights, exercise bike and mats, while a professional table tennis table completes the leisure offering. San Lorenzo a Vaccoli village lies two kilometres away for provisions, while day trips reach Florence, the Versilia beaches or San Gimignano within an hour. The caretaker, who lives elsewhere on the estate, provides support when needed without intruding on your stay.
