Villa Paradiso welcomes twelve guests across six bedrooms, each paired with its own bathroom. The 2022 restoration has preserved the building's historic character whilst introducing air conditioning throughout and thoughtful updates that enhance rather than overwhelm the original architecture.

The interiors span three floors of carefully curated spaces. Reception rooms display period antiques and original pianos, whilst the formal dining room connects to a country kitchen that opens straight onto the garden. A TV lounge provides a quiet retreat, and the ground floor adds a game room with fireplace, plus a second kitchen with dining area. Each bedroom configuration suits different needs, from doubles with garden-level access to upper-floor suites with countryside views.
Outside, the private landscaped park frames multiple spots for dining beneath Tuscan skies. The 20-by-4-metre pool occupies its own secluded corner, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A pool house contains everything needed for long afternoons by the water, including a bathroom, changing facilities and a small kitchen. The property sits entirely enclosed, offering complete privacy whilst panoramic views stretch across the Lucca countryside.
A five-minute stroll leads to the local village café and restaurant, perfect for morning espresso or evening aperitivi. Lucca's medieval walls and Renaissance churches wait just seven kilometres away, whilst the wider region opens up endless possibilities. Days here might include market visits in nearby towns, wine tastings in surrounding vineyards, or simply reading by the pool as church bells echo across the valley.
