The main entrance opens directly onto the first floor, where the living spaces stretch across an open layout. A compact yet well-equipped kitchen serves the dining area, while the living room features two comfortable sofas, plasma TV with satellite channels, and a Bluetooth music system. The L-shaped pool (3x8 metres) sits close to the house, surrounded by sun terraces and a barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining. A dedicated chill-out space provides shade during the warmer afternoons.

Three bedrooms spread across different levels offer privacy and comfort. The ground floor master suite includes its own entrance, a 180x200cm bed, spacious dressing room, and bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, plus a private terrace. Two additional bedrooms occupy the second floor: one with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite bathroom, another with twin beds (convertible to double) and separate shower facilities. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfortable temperatures year-round.

San José's restaurants and shops lie just ten minutes by car, while the clear waters of Cala Bassa beach await fifteen minutes away. Both the airport and Ibiza Town can be reached within twenty minutes, making arrivals and evening excursions equally convenient. The approach road has some uneven sections, so a 4x4 vehicle works best, with space to park several cars at the property. Days here balance poolside relaxation with easy access to both natural coves and village life.
