Right at the foot of Val d'Isère's Rond Point slopes, L'Aquila places you within reach of both the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars. This second-floor apartment offers direct access to Val d'Isere's finest skiing, while the town centre with its shops and restaurants lies just a short walk away.
Description
The open-plan living area combines sitting and dining spaces, with a table that seats six comfortably. The kitchen opens onto this main room, equipped with a four-ring hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and combination washer-dryer. A balcony extends from both the sitting room and master bedroom, facing the Bellevarde mountain sector.
Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests. The master features a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower attachment, sink and heated towel rail. The second windowless bedroom contains twin beds and its own en-suite shower room. A separate WC sits just off the entry hall. Underground parking provides one space, and the ski locker offers storage, though the boot warmers are currently non-operational.
Your mornings might begin with views across the mountain sectors from the balcony, before heading straight onto the slopes via the nearby lifts. After a day exploring Val d'Isère's extensive terrain, the apartment's central location means you're perfectly positioned for an evening stroll through town or a quiet night in.
