Three bedrooms occupy the upper level, served by two bathrooms with showers. One bedroom offers flexible twin beds that can be separated as needed, while all rooms feature box-spring mattresses with toppers and individual air conditioning. An outdoor shower on the terrace provides hot and cold water for morning rinses with a view. The house includes modern conveniences like satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and various coffee makers including a Nespresso machine. Safety features include an alarm system and safe box.

Beyond your private pool, a short five-minute walk brings you to the community's impressive 25x10 metre swimming pool with the Buganvilla bar and restaurant alongside. Santa Eulària des Riu, with its marina and restaurants, sits ten minutes away by car, as does the golf course and Amante Beach Club.
