The ground floor houses a large kitchen with a fireplace, a dining room that opens onto the side garden, and a laundry room. Upstairs, a spacious hall connects to a sitting room with TV and dining table. Three double bedrooms on the first floor each have an en-suite bathroom, and there is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom on the same level. The second floor adds two more twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

Outside, a 15x7m private swimming pool sits within well-maintained gardens. Beyond the formal grounds, a shady oak wood leads to an ancient fountain where the estate's resident turtle lives. You will also meet Lampo, the friendly German Shepherd, along with a pony, donkeys, and a spirited group of cats. A large al fresco dining table in front of the villa and a barbecue make the most of warm evenings. Wi-Fi and a baby bed are available.

The village of Segromigno is nearby for shops and restaurants, and the famous Pinocchio Park is roughly fifteen minutes away. Grotte Giusti Terme spa is also within easy reach. A complimentary tasting of the estate's D.O.C. wines and extra-virgin olive oil is included, and bottles can be purchased to take home.
