You arrive through a gated private drive with room for several cars, and the sea view is already there from the moment you step onto the pool terrace. The lounge is relaxed and comfortable, the starting point for the four bedrooms: two off the lounge, each with its own bathroom, and two at the kitchen end sharing a modern shower room. Every bedroom is air conditioned and can be made up as a double or twin.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Off it, a second dining area holds the original finca bread oven, kept as a piece of the house's history rather than removed for the renovation. Outside, the shaded dining area has its own little outdoor kitchen and a brick-built barbecue alongside the pool, and the view from the sun loungers stretches out to the bay.

San Antonio is five minutes by car, or around thirty minutes on foot if the evening calls for it. Beaches, shops and restaurants are close in every direction. Ibiza Town is twenty minutes.
