The main house centres around a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining area that seats twelve. The adjacent lounge provides a comfortable gathering space with plasma screen TV, generous sofa, and a collection of games and toys. Four bedrooms occupy the rear of the building, two furnished with double beds and two with twin arrangements. Each bedroom includes its own bathroom and direct outdoor access, ensuring privacy for all guests.

A separate apartment extends the accommodation options with an additional twin bedroom and living area that can accommodate two extra beds. Outside, the property truly comes into its own with a twelve-metre swimming pool, outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, and a covered veranda featuring another twelve-person dining table. The grounds include numerous spots for relaxation, from hammocks strung beneath ancient trees to intimate corners throughout the gardens.

The extensive grounds produce an abundance of fresh ingredients, with almond, fig, lemon, orange and pomegranate trees scattered throughout. An organic garden yields herbs and vegetables, while exotic plantings of aloe vera, bamboo and bougainvillea add texture and colour. From this peaceful base in the Morna Valley, you can explore nearby beaches and villages, returning each evening to panoramic views across the Atzaro hills and your own private slice of rural Ibiza.
