How it works

As from 17 November 2025, the first 40 guests who complete a booking through our new website will receive One of a Kind Credit worth 5% of their accommodation booking value — with no cap.

You can spend your credit for curated concierge experiences during your stay such as a private chef, a guided tour, grocery pre-stocking, or save it for your next booking with us within 24 months.

Once you’ve booked, your Travel Advisor will confirm your credit amount and help you use it when the time is right.

The essentials

Eligibility

Guests must start their booking process through the new One of a Kind Travel website — by submitting a contact form, booking request or accommodation inquiry — between 17 November and 31 December 2025.

Only bookings completed through the new website are eligible for this offer.

Reward

Guests receive 5% of their total accommodation booking value as One of a Kind Credit, with no cap.

Use of Credit

Credit may be redeemed on concierge services during your stay or be used for a future booking with us within 24 months. Depending on local arrangements with service providers, the credit will either be deducted directly from the service price or, if that’s not possible, the guest will receive the credit as cashback from One of a Kind Travel within 30 days of payment.

Limit & Validity

Only the first 40 bookings qualify. Credit is valid for 24 months from the booking date and must be used in a single transaction.

Non-transferable

Credit is personal to the original booker, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions or transferred to another guest.

Destinations & Eligible Services

Credit can be used for the following selected services, subject to each destination’s availability and seasonal conditions:

• Ibiza: Transfers, private chef, car rental, boat rental, fridge stocking pre-arrival, home cinema, karaoke rental
• Val d’Isère: Airport transfers, additional cleaning, grocery pre-stocking, DJ class at La Folie Douce, ski passes, ski equipment hire
• Tuscany: Transfers, guided tours, wine tastings or wine tours

Other services or activities may be arranged on request, but may not be eligible for this offer.

All concierge services are subject to supplier availability, which can vary per destination and season. We recommend booking your experiences as early as possible, especially during high season.

One of a Kind Travel cannot guarantee availability or be held liable for any services that cannot be fulfilled by local partners or third-party suppliers.

Tracking & Redemption

Your credit will be recorded in your booking profile and managed by your Travel Advisor, who will also assist with redemption and service coordination.
