The open-plan living area combines dining and kitchen spaces with easy access to terraces on both sides. Grey, cream and brown tones create a calm backdrop, while Balinese furniture pieces and artwork from a single artist bring character to each room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, freezer, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and Nespresso machine. A covered outdoor dining area on the wooden balcony seats ten comfortably.

Five bedrooms spread across different levels offer various configurations. The master suite on the ground floor includes an en-suite with shower and freestanding bath, overlooking the patio. Two bedrooms with twin beds each have their own bathrooms, while the remaining two doubles share facilities. All bedrooms feature electric blinds and underfloor heating, with several offering direct pool access. A projection room with HD equipment and beanbags doubles as entertainment space or opens to the garden.

The heated pool with safety cover sits alongside a grass area and multiple shaded spots for relaxation. Ten loungers, a barbecue and poolside refrigerator complete the outdoor setup. From here, Cala Vadella, Cala Molí, Cala d'Hort and Cala Tarida beaches all lie within a five-minute drive. The property includes Sonos sound systems in three locations, video surveillance, paddle boards and sea kayaks for guest use.
