The infinity pool faces Cap des Falco directly, and on a clear day Formentera sits on the horizon beyond it. The renovation has been done well: large windows mean the view is not just something you step outside for but part of the daily backdrop from the kitchen and living room. Sa Caleta beach and a handful of the island's better restaurants are five minutes by car.
Description
The open-plan kitchen gives the ground floor a generous, airy feel, and the connection between inside and outside is one of the strongest features of the house. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout, with a safe and alarm, and the grounds are fenced. Note that the house sits close to the flight path, so aircraft can be heard outside at times, though not indoors.
Sports facilities set this property apart from most: a gym, a floodlit padel court and a petanque court all sit on the grounds, so there is something for the group whether the plan is active or entirely horizontal. The pool area has sunbeds and outdoor sofas, and the terrace setup is well suited for long evenings outside.
Ibiza Town is fifteen minutes by car. The airport is ten minutes, which makes the first and last days of a trip far easier than at most Ibiza properties. Es Bol Nou and Jul's are among the nearby restaurants worth booking. Sa Caleta beach is five minutes.
