About Santa Eulalia

Create Lasting Memories in our Holiday Villas in Santa Eulalia

Santa Eulalia has never quite belonged to Ibiza's party reputation, and that's by design as much as by geography. The town grew up around the only river in the Balearic Islands, the water that once turned the mills supplying flour to the rest of the island. That practical history shows in how unhurried the place still feels: a two-kilometre promenade along the seafront, a working marina at Port Esportiu, and a town centre built for walking rather than driving through. Above it all sits Puig de Missa, a fortress church raised in the 16th century when pirate raids were a real threat, its cemetery and whitewashed buildings still climbing the hill exactly as they did then.
Look past the promenade and Santa Eulalia has quietly attracted more than holidaymakers over the years. The painter Laureà Barrau settled here in the early twentieth century, part of a small wave of artists and writers drawn to the town's anonymity long before tourism arrived properly. That same appeal still holds: the Plaça d'Espanya's restored eighteenth-century town hall, the Can Ros house near Puig de Missa where the island's rural life is kept on display, streets where the loudest thing most evenings is a restaurant filling up for dinner. It's a town that has always let people be quiet in it, and mostly still does.
We've been active on Ibiza since 2012, which means we know Santa Eulalia's villas and the families who own them personally, not just from a listing photo. We can point you toward homes that keep you close to the promenade without the summer crowds, or further out where the only sound is the cicadas. If you're not sure which suits your stay, tell us what you're picturing and we'll help you find it.
Santa Eulalia sits about fifteen kilometres from Ibiza Town and roughly twenty-two from the airport, close enough for an easy evening out or a quick arrival without being in the middle of either. Many guests use it as a calm base for the whole stay: mornings on one of the town's two beaches, an evening walk along the Passeig de s'Alamera, dinner at the marina when the day boats come in. Ibiza Town and its old quarter are close enough for a half-day trip whenever the mood strikes.

The Santa Eulalia collections

Our Santa Eulalia collections bring together homes chosen for the way they suit this stretch of the coast: villas close enough to walk to the sand, others built with children in mind, and a few happy to welcome the dog too.
