For owners who mainly use their property in winter. Silver includes pre-winter checks of utilities, fittings and equipment, preparation ahead of winter occupation, and an end-of-season review and close-down. Our team identifies and reports visible issues and can help coordinate additional work when required. From €700 a year, excluding TVA.

Bronze: summer care

For owners who want a local presence through the summer months. Bronze includes periodic visits checking for visible damage, water issues and other concerns, along with key holding and access support between visits. Additional services can be coordinated on request. From €550 a year, excluding TVA.

Fees and extra services

Annual fees are based on the size of your property, from up to 30 m² to over 200 m², with its location also taken into account. Depending on the programme, they run from €550 to €2,250 a year, excluding TVA. Final inclusions are set out in the management agreement.

Cleaning, linen rental, laundry, repairs and specialist work are charged separately. Book them alongside your programme or on their own: an opening clean before you arrive, a deep clean before or after the winter season, fresh linen delivered to the door. See linen, laundry and cleaning.
