Description
Step through those sliding glass doors and find yourself in a bright, open living space anchored by a fully equipped Bulthaup show kitchen. A separate professional kitchen sits discreetly behind for more elaborate preparations. The ground floor holds one en-suite bedroom alongside the main living areas, while upstairs, the tower room serves as a complete office space. Natural light fills every corner, the modern interiors designed to complement rather than compete with the views outside.
Three more bedrooms occupy the lower level, including the master suite with its steam shower and Jacuzzi. Each of these four main bedrooms opens onto its own terrace or patio area with sea views. A fifth bedroom, accessed only from outside, completes the accommodation. Every room comes equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar and safe. Underfloor heating and a fireplace ensure comfort during cooler months, while the 150-square-metre rooftop terrace provides another vantage point for those endless views.
The kidney-shaped pool forms the centrepiece of the inner patio, accompanied by an outdoor dining table and barbecue area. Table tennis, billiards and a pétanque court offer entertainment between swims. Two housekeepers, a married couple, live on-site in their own apartment and handle barbecue requests for fire safety. Ibiza Town lies 30 minutes away by car, with the airport a 40-minute drive. Days here move between pool, terrace and those remarkable views that first caught your attention.
