The main living level centres around a well-equipped kitchen with a generous island that invites proper cooking sessions. Modern appliances include a dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. The adjacent living area provides a comfortable retreat, while sliding doors connect to a terrace furnished with loungers and a substantial dining table. One bedroom with en-suite shower room completes this floor, offering convenient ground-level accommodation.
Four additional bedrooms occupy the level below, each thoughtfully arranged with air conditioning and heating. Two share a cleverly designed en-suite bathroom accessible from both rooms, while the master features a bathroom with both bath and shower. The fourth has its own en-suite shower room. A sixth bedroom, reached via the garden, provides another en-suite option. Throughout, the villa benefits from satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and tumble dryer.
