This traditional finca overlooks the bay of San Antonio, with views that stretch across the water to distant mountains. The property spans 2,000 square metres of walled gardens, complete with terraces, barbecue facilities and a pétanque court. A child-friendly pool takes centre stage, accompanied by its own bar.
Description
The main living space opens directly onto the pool terrace, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. A fully equipped kitchen includes both dining table and corner seating area. Two ground-floor bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, while three more bedrooms occupy the first floor, sharing a large bathroom with shower. Each sun-filled bedroom features air conditioning, with most opening onto private terraces or balconies.
The first floor houses an additional living area with make-up station and washbasin. A separate studio comes with its own kitchenette, living space, bathroom and fold-out bed for children. Throughout the property, you'll find internet access, television, stereo system, outdoor music capabilities and a well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction plates. Board games are also provided for the more rainy days.
Beach days are easily arranged from this base, with Cala Tarida and Cotton Beach Club, Cala Conta's Sunset Ashram, and Cala Bassa Beach Club all within reach. The airport lies 14 kilometres away, while Ibiza town is 17.5 kilometres distant. Back at the finca, evenings often revolve around the pool bar or the spacious outdoor dining table, with hot and cold outdoor shower facilities adding convenience after sandy beach visits.
