A five-century-old finca that's been thoughtfully brought into the present, Can Cas offers proper Ibiza living for groups seeking space and authenticity. The 2007 renovation preserved the character whilst adding all the comforts you'd want. Twelve guests can spread out here comfortably, with the property split across two houses that give everyone room to breathe.
Description
The main spaces blend traditional finca architecture with practical updates. Both houses feature air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, and reliable internet. The kitchen comes properly equipped with dishwasher, induction hobs, and everything from coffee maker to juicer. A washing machine and dryer handle the practicalities, whilst the fireplace adds atmosphere when evenings turn cooler. Underfloor heating keeps things comfortable year-round.
Outside, the 11 by 5.5 metre saltwater pool sits at the heart of things. The real surprise comes earlier though: a vast sports court measuring 52 by 22 metres where children can play basketball and football. Table tennis and badminton equipment wait in storage. For younger guests, there's outdoor play equipment and a shallow paddling area. The BBQ gets good use, naturally, with plastic tableware available for poolside dining.
Five minutes brings you to Las Dalias market, whilst the beaches at S'Argamassa, Cala Martina and Cala Nova lie within easy reach. The location strikes that sweet spot between seclusion and accessibility, with restaurants and villages dotted nearby. Days here move between pool lounging, beach trips, and long lunches that stretch into evening. The sports court sees morning matches before the heat builds, whilst evenings often end around the fireplace, planning tomorrow's adventures.
