The original wooden beams frame spaces where natural stone and warm wood create an atmosphere of understated elegance. The main house holds three bedrooms: two ground-floor rooms (one with twin beds, another with a double) and the first-floor master suite with its four-poster bed and private roof terrace. Each bedroom includes its own bathroom, with the master featuring a bath.

The annex provides three additional bedrooms across two floors. Ground level offers one double and one twin room, whilst upstairs you'll find another spacious bedroom with its own fridge and terrace. All three come with en-suite bathrooms. Throughout the property, modern amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, Sonos sound system, two dishwashers, coffee machines, and complete laundry facilities. The heated pool (available at additional cost) stretches across the terrace.

Over 3000 square metres of landscaped gardens surround the villa, designed with palm trees and Corten steel-edged paths. From here, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta lie within ten kilometres, whilst San José offers local restaurants and shops nearby. Days might begin with breakfast on the poolside terrace, followed by beach visits or simply enjoying the ping-pong table in the garden. The roof terrace provides valley views for evening drinks, making the most of Ibiza's western position for spectacular sunsets.
