The kitchen, fitted with modern appliances, opens onto a front terrace sheltered by a grape pergola. A smaller living area connects to the dining space, all flowing together in one harmonious room that leads out to the garden terrace.

Three bedrooms accommodate six guests across two floors. Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a small double bed. These share a bathroom complete with shower, bath and double washbasin. The master bedroom occupies the upper floor, featuring a small double bed, en-suite shower room, spacious wardrobe and private terrace with valley views. Air conditioning cools the master suite, whilst fans service the other bedrooms.

The 9x5 metre pool comes with a safety gate, six sun loungers and two umbrellas. A long dining table sits on the entrance terrace alongside the barbecue, overlooking the verdant valley and surrounding mountains. The thick-walled construction keeps interiors naturally cool, while modern conveniences include satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher and WiFi throughout. With no immediate neighbours, days here unfold at your own pace.
