The main house spreads across two generous bedrooms, each with its own character. The rear bedroom overlooks the pool through wide windows, with a spacious wardrobe and dresser providing practical comfort. The front bedroom opens onto a private terrace, furnished with twin beds that convert to a double when needed. Throughout, the Ibizan finca aesthetic shows in carefully chosen details: a Balinese coffee table, Moroccan poufs in varying sizes, and bookshelves lined with design volumes.

Two independent guesthouses stand separately on the property, connected by an internal door that works brilliantly for families. Each contains a master bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed, plus one includes a children's room with bunk beds. Both feature Ibizan-style bathrooms with showers. The kitchen follows the same regional style while incorporating modern appliances including dishwasher, Nespresso machine and blender. Music flows through speakers inside and out on the veranda.

Eight sunbeds line the pool area, which can be heated when the season calls for it. Children find plenty to do between the trampoline, swings, table tennis and climbing frame, while adults might prefer the small fitness room or a quiet moment among the fruit trees. Cala Bassa and Cala Conta beaches lie 15-20 minutes by car, with Ibiza Town reachable in twenty. The property includes all the practical touches: air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, washing machine, safe box and alarm system.
