The main living area centres around a fireplace, with dining space flowing into a large open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hobs. Three bedrooms fill the main house, two featuring en-suite bathrooms with individual designs. A separate guesthouse adds a fourth bedroom with its own entrance, en-suite bathroom and terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Air conditioning keeps all rooms comfortable during warm Ibiza nights.
Multiple terraces offer different spots to settle throughout the day, each positioned to capture those sea views. The 4x12 metre pool comes with six sun loungers, while the outdoor kitchen includes a barbecue for evening meals.
