This three-bedroom villa offers families a peaceful retreat with generous space both indoors and out. The expansive plot gives children room to explore in complete safety, while adults can relax knowing there’s no passing traffic. With efficient heating throughout and a welcoming fireplace, the villa transforms into a warm and elegant winter retreat for off-season stays.
Description
The heart of the house centres around an open living area with a solid dining table for six and a comfortable sofa arranged near the fireplace. Sliding doors connect this space directly to the covered terrace outside. The kitchen sits adjacent, fitted with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven and induction hobs. A Nespresso machine and kettle are on hand for morning coffee, while the outdoor kitchen features a barbecue area with sink.
Three bedrooms share the same floor, each cooled by air conditioning and furnished with high-quality box spring mattresses. The master includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with bath, and its own private terrace with seating. Two further bedrooms contain twin beds and share a second bathroom with shower. Throughout the villa you’ll find thoughtful touches such as a washing machine, satellite TV, stereo system, fast internet connection and reliable heating, ensuring comfort in every season.
The south-facing garden encompasses a 30-square-metre pool bordered by artificial grass, with six sunbeds for long afternoons in the sun. Children gravitate towards the playhouse complete with swings and slide, visible from the shaded dining terrace. San Juan and San Lorenzo villages lie within a ten-minute drive, while Benirràs beach is just 5.5 kilometres away. Santa Eulària, Santa Gertrudis and Ibiza Town are all easily reached for dining and shopping excursions.
