Each bedroom in the main house comes with its own en-suite bathroom while the two double bedrooms in the guesthouse have a dedicated bathroom, offering privacy across the villa's layout. The house design allows clear sightlines to the private pool from inside, particularly useful for families with children. A well-equipped kitchen serves those who prefer cooking at home, while the shaded terrace provides space for meals with vineyard views.

Beyond the fenced private pool and barbecue area, the villa includes thoughtful touches like mosquito nets and baby beds for younger guests. The estate owner offers complimentary wine tours to villa guests, plus half-day cooking classes for those wanting to master local dishes. For dining out, Volpaia village has a bakery for morning bread, bars for aperitifs, and restaurants ranging from the guide-recognised Osteria to more casual trattorias.

The location works equally well for staying local or exploring further. Without leaving the estate, days might include pool time, vineyard walks, or wine tastings at the cantina. Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Arezzo all lie within reach for day trips, as do numerous Chianti villages. The combination of onsite amenities and walkable village access means many pleasures require no driving at all.

Please note that for up to eight guests, only the main house is available. The guest house opens for groups of up to twelve.
