A baby bed is available if needed. Worth noting: a friendly cat calls the estate home, and the downhill road to the house is a bit steep, so confident drivers will feel most at ease.

Lucca is just 13 km away, the Versilia coast 18 km, and the nearest motorway exit sits 12 km from the door, which puts Florence, Pisa and Siena all within comfortable day-trip range. Multiple panoramic seating areas are dotted around the grounds, furnished with tables and chairs for meals or simply watching the light shift across the hills. Six hours of cleaning per week are included, so the practical side of things is well taken care of too.
