The main house has four suites, one double and three twins that convert to doubles, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets. The casita adds three more: a double, a double with a single, and a twin. In the garden, a tipi tent with a double bed offers a genuinely different sleeping experience for whoever in the group draws the short straw or wants it most, though without air conditioning it gets warm in high summer and that is worth knowing before anyone commits.

Three kitchens and dining areas mean a group of this size never has to negotiate over who is cooking or where. The 55m² pool has a dedicated poolside bar and BBQ zone, and between the orchard, the pirate ship, the climbing wall and the paddling pool, children can build an entire world without leaving the property. A gym is available for those who need it. Grounds are fully fenced with safe and alarm.

Cala Bassa and Cala Conte are ten minutes by car and worth every minute of the drive. Cala Codolar is similar. San Antonio is fifteen minutes, Ibiza Town twenty. The airport is twelve kilometres, a detail worth noting if the group is arriving across different flights and someone needs to do a pickup run.
