L'Ourson
L'Ourson is an apartment in La Daille, the old village, ski-in and ski-out opposite the slopes. A fireplace and a bar sit in the living room, the place for the evening after skiing. Three bedrooms, the master with a slope view and its own bathroom.
Skiing straight back to the fire
L'Ourson is in La Daille, the old village at the edge of Val d'Isère, where the slopes run right to the door and you ski in and out. It is a wood-lined and bright apartment with bold colour, a fireplace and a bar in the living room for the evenings after skiing. The balcony looks across the old village to the peaks. Three bedrooms, the master with a view of the slopes and its own bathroom.

Description
A green velvet sofa sits against the wood walls, the dining table and open kitchen beyond, and a bar with stools to one side. The two further bedrooms, a double and a corner with bunks for the children, share a bathroom between them. The doubles can be set as a king or twins on request.
The kitchen is dark and modern, ceramic hobs and a Nespresso machine, with raclette and fondue kit in the drawer. Skis are fitted at the apartment rather than in a queue at a shop, with a ski locker and boot warmers by the door. A lift reaches the floor. The car goes in the garage.
La Daille is its own old village, ski-in and ski-out onto the 300 kilometres of the Espace Killy, with the centre of Val d'Isère a short ski or shuttle away. L'Ourson comes on the Liberté package: a private concierge to organise the stay, a welcome basket, beds made and firewood in, and ski equipment fitted at the apartment. Breakfasts and dinners cooked by the chefs can be added. Winter runs Saturday to Saturday, late November to early May, open again in July and August.
