You ski off the piste straight into the warm
Le Sifflote faces the slopes in a quiet corner of Val d'Isère, ski-in and ski-out, the run right in front of the balcony. Inside it is wood-lined and warm, the living room open to the dining table and kitchen. Two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a room with bunks for the children.
Description
The lounge is done in green velvet and bold pattern, the dining table just beyond and the open kitchen with its bar to one side. The two doubles are a matched pair, each with its own bathroom, set as a king or twins on request.
Behind the counter the kitchen is dark and modern, ceramic hobs and a Nespresso machine, with raclette and fondue kit for the evenings in. Your skis are fitted at the apartment, not in a shop queue, and the ski locker and boot warmers are by the door. A lift comes up to the floor. There is a garage for the car.
The apartment sits right on the snow, ski-in and ski-out onto the 300 kilometres of the Espace Killy, in a quiet part of Val d'Isère away from the bustle. Le Sifflote comes on the Liberté package: a private concierge to organise the stay, a welcome basket, beds made and firewood in, and ski equipment fitted at the apartment. Breakfasts and dinners cooked by the chefs can be added. Winter runs Sunday to Sunday, late November to early May, open again in July and August.
