Inside and outside, dining tables seat twelve, and the outdoor terrace stays lit after dark in a way that makes the evening feel eternal. Each of the five bedrooms has air conditioning, a minibar and a TV. Three staff come with the rental: a day butler, a night butler who doubles as security, and a full-time housekeeper. If the group wants the house entirely to themselves, no staff visible and all doors closed, that can be arranged.

The outdoor Jacuzzi faces the bay, and in the hour before a decision gets made about the night, it is the best seat in the house. The pool can be heated on request at additional cost. Below it, the private club has a window set into the wall at pool depth, looking up through the water from underneath. It is not something you forget.

Blue Marlin, Tropicana and Yemanya are a short walk from the gate. So is Cala Jondal beach. Ibiza Town is twenty minutes by car, San Antonio twenty-five. The location gives Rica the island's best evening options within walking distance, which is an advantage that almost no other property here can match.
