An L-shaped pool stretches 15 metres along the terrace, flanked by dining areas and multiple spots for afternoon reading or evening drinks.

Four bedrooms occupy the ground floor, each fitted with either a double bed or twin singles, while the fifth bedroom sits downstairs alongside a cinema room complete with game console. Every bedroom comes with its own bathroom featuring rain showers, with the master adding a bathtub for longer soaks. Air conditioning, underfloor heating and satellite TV run throughout, while practical touches include a washing machine and safe box.

Mornings might start with coffee on the lawn before wandering down to Cala Conta's turquoise waters. The nearby beaches of Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa, home to Cotton Beach Club and other waterfront venues, lie within a short drive. From your terrace, the Mediterranean stretches westward, promising those famous Ibizan sunsets that paint the sky each evening. Please note that construction work may occur in the area outside peak season.
