Villa Brisa

Two suites on the ground floor and two upstairs, each opening onto its own large terrace. Between the upper two bedrooms lies a shared terrace facing the bay directly, and in the late afternoon when Cap Nono begins to colour, it becomes the place the group migrates to instinctively. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and the living room has a table football game for the evenings when staying in is the right call.

The pool has a large pergola fitted with day beds underneath it, which is less of a luxury and more of a practical necessity on a west-coast hilltop in July and August. A dining table on the terrace looks over the sea, a barbecue and petanque court are in the garden, and the terrace setup as a whole is genuinely well designed for long evenings outside. Pool heating is available on request at additional cost. The house comes with a safe and alarm for your own peace.

Cala Bassa beach is ten minutes by car, San Antonio the same distance in a different direction. The private dead-end road means the only vehicles that pass are the ones belonging here. Ibiza Town is twenty-five minutes, close enough for a dinner reservation.
