Description
The ground floor opens into an airy living space where a fireplace adds warmth to minimalist interiors. The dining area connects naturally to the industrial-style kitchen, fitted with quality appliances including dishwasher, Nespresso machine and full cooking facilities. Two twin bedrooms on this level share a bathroom with shower. Glass doors lead out to furnished terraces on two sides, with the main terrace offering comfortable seating and side areas perfect for afternoon reading or evening drinks.
Four bedrooms occupy the upper floor, each designed with careful attention to comfort. The master suite includes a private balcony, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with both tub and shower. A second double bedroom also features balcony access and en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms, one double and one twin, share a well-appointed bathroom. Air conditioning throughout and satellite TV ensure modern comforts, while practical extras like washing facilities are housed in the garage alongside an additional shower room.
The location puts you within easy reach of Ibiza's finest western beaches. Cala Tarida, Cala Conta and Cala Bassa all lie nearby, each offering clear waters and beachside dining. San Antonio provides local amenities just minutes away, while Ibiza Town sits 17.5 kilometres east for those seeking nightlife or marina dining.
