Villa Sereno sits between Santa Eulària des Riu and Cala Llonga, where hillside views stretch towards the Mediterranean. This fully enclosed property catches the afternoon light perfectly, with terraces positioned to watch the sun dip behind Ibiza's western hills. Four bedrooms accommodate eight guests comfortably across three levels, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning.
Description
The master bedroom occupies the upper floor, French doors opening onto a private balcony with sea views. Below, the second bedroom sits on the main level, while two further bedrooms are found on the ground floor. The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and lounge spaces. A 51-inch Smart TV offers Netflix and Dutch channels, while the dining table seats ten for group meals.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction plates and both Nespresso and espresso machines. Outside, a saltwater pool measures three by ten metres, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating areas. A Weber gas barbecue and outdoor dining table make evening meals possible under the stars. The rooftop terrace provides additional space for watching sunsets.
Santa Eulària's marina and promenade lie ten minutes away by car, as do the family-friendly beaches of Cala Llonga and Talamanca. Ibiza Town takes the same time to reach, while the beach clubs of Cala Jondal, Es Cavallet and Salinas are twenty minutes south.
