Villa Tegui

You walk in, and the living room takes you straight back out again through wide patio doors onto a terrace looking over the garden. There's a table out there long enough for the whole group to sit down to dinner outside. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms share a second, and the annex by the pool holds a double and a twin with a bathroom of their own. All five bedrooms are air conditioned.

Opposite the pool sits a proper summer kitchen, charcoal BBQ and gas BBQ both. This is a house built for staying in, not just passing through. The pool itself is large with plenty of sunbeds, and the garden around it gives the kids room to disappear for an afternoon and still stay in earshot. The grounds are fully fenced, there's a safe and an alarm in the house, and the gate opens onto parking for several cars.

San Rafael is five minutes by car, a proper village with shops and restaurants and a bus connection toward Ibiza Town and San Antonio. Ibiza Town, Playa d'en Bossa and San Antonio all sit around fifteen minutes away. A morning by the pool, an afternoon at the coast, dinner back at the villa or out in San Rafael, the day can go either way without much of a drive.
