El Chiringuito is on Es Cavallet, inside the Ses Salines natural park at the southern end of the island. It is a restaurant rather than a beach club: tables a few metres from the water, sunbed service on the sand in front, and no dancefloor.
Because it sits inside the park, nothing has been built behind it. The approach is dunes and juniper.
The food
A new menu for 2026 under head chef Angel Zapata, built around ingredients and sharing plates rather than a long carte. Fish, vegetables and rice, cooked simply, which is what the setting asks for.
There is a garden for children beside the terrace, which is rarer on this coast than it should be.
When it is open
Seasonal, daily through the summer, reopening in spring. The exact 2026 dates are not published, and a recent season started on 23 April, so late April is the working assumption.

Book. It is small for how well known it is, and the front tables go first.
Es Cavallet is a nudist beach along part of its length. The restaurant end is not, and it surprises people who have not read that anywhere.
