ROTO is built on a platform over the water at Marina Ibiza, facing across at Dalt Vila. It is a restaurant until about eleven and then it is not. That is the format: a late menu, cocktails and resident DJs, with a concealed bar behind the main room.
The view is Dalt Vila lit up across the harbour, which is worth the booking on its own.
How the evening runs
Doors from seven, dinner through the early part of the night, and the music rising through it until the room is dancing at the tables. It closes around three.
Ask for a waterfront table when you book. The ones set back have the room but not the view.
The hidden bar

There is a speakeasy behind the main room, which is the kind of detail that sounds like marketing and turns out to be a real door. Worth asking about.
When it is open

Seasonal. The 2026 season began on 24 April and runs nightly through the summer, from seven until three.
A Sunday roast runs from the early afternoon, which is an odd and welcome thing to find on a marina in Ibiza.
