Manya
Nothing interrupts the view from the pool to Formentera. Manya sits on a hill in Cap Martinet, six bedrooms in pine gardens, a Bulthaup kitchen and Pacha Destino 800 metres on foot, with Ibiza Town five minutes by car.
Six bedrooms on a hill above Cap Martinet
High on a hill in Cap Martinet, Manya looks out across the open sea toward Formentera. The 15,000m² grounds are surrounded by pine trees and a natural boundary that gives the property genuine privacy, with the kind of position on the island where the beaches, clubs and Ibiza Town are all close but nothing about the setting suggests it.

Description
Six spacious bedrooms, all with direct terrace access, are arranged around a large living room and a Bulthaup kitchen. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and one bathroom is shared between the remaining two. The entire property is equipped with 15 security cameras covering the outdoor areas and the gate, and daily comprehensive service is included in the rental price.
The 96m² pool sits in the garden with LED lighting installed throughout the grounds for evenings outside. This is a property designed for use in the evenings as much as the day, with well-lit outdoor areas that make coming back from dinner and continuing outside entirely natural.
Ibiza Town is five minutes by car. Pacha Destino is 800 metres away. Some of the island's best beaches and quieter coves are within a short walk. The location in Cap Martinet puts a large amount of the island within easy reach without ever feeling like you're in the middle of things.
