The electric gate opens onto a driveway with space for two cars, and the annex is immediately to your left: two twin bedrooms in Sabina wood and exposed brick, newly built and with their own shower rooms. The original farmhouse is straight ahead. Inside, the thick stone walls of the finca do what they've always done, keeping the temperature down naturally even in the height of summer. Four bedrooms lead off the living area, all en-suite and all air conditioned except the single room, which has a fan.

Description

In the main house there are two doubles, a twin bedroom and a single room. The annex adds two further twin bedrooms, each with its own shower room, giving the property six bedrooms in total, every one with en-suite facilities. The kitchen was renovated in 2016 alongside the rest of the house and sits off the living area, stylish and well equipped.

The pool was extended as part of the same renovation and the outdoor area around it has the feel of something that was carefully thought through rather than just added on. A shaded dining terrace and a barbecue sit alongside, and there's enough space around the pool to spread out properly. A safe and alarm are on the property.

Playa d'en Bossa is five minutes by car, Ibiza Town seven. Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal are ten minutes in the other direction. A supermarket is five minutes away. The airport is also close, which makes the first and last days of a trip considerably less stressful than at most Ibiza properties.
