The kitchen is well-used and well-stocked, with whitewashed walls and wooden surfaces that give the interior its character. The living areas are comfortable without being showy. In the guest cottage, two adults have their own en-suite bathroom and a private entrance, the right amount of separation for a couple who want to be part of the group without sharing every moment of it. Pool heating is available on request at additional cost.

The Mediterranean gardens are the kind that take years to reach this point: fruit trees, planted beds, the kind of shade that feels earned. Children tend to disappear into them for entire afternoons. A trampoline, outdoor kitchen and barbecue are on the property. The gardener comes daily and linen is changed twice a week, both included in the rental price. Grounds are fenced, with a safe and alarm on site.

S'Estanyol is one of the quieter corners of the southern coast, removed from the main circuits of beach clubs and late nights. San José is ten minutes by car and worth the drive: good restaurants, bars and a bus connection for the days when nobody wants to be behind the wheel. Ibiza Town and San Antonio are around twenty minutes in opposite directions.
